FREE delivery applies to all orders to Australian addresses. If possible, please provide an address where someone will be able to receive the item during business hours on weekdays. (ie: your work address).
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are generally sent on the same day.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
To ensure you receive your LILYA order as quickly as possible, all items within Australia are sent using Australia Express post satchels. Please note that these parcels are not covered by insurance and are not guaranteed the next day delivery in all areas. If you require your item to be insured please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make alternative arrangements.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
All orders are subject to availability. Although all stock on our website is accurate as to what is available in our warehouse, occasionally there could be a website technically and the item you have ordered may not be available. We will contact you straight away to offer a replacement or refund.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. If you have entered an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend orders to the correct address.
International shipping is via registered airmail, this is approximately 7-21 days delivery (usually 7-10 working days), we charge a flat rate to NZ of $25AUD and all other International Destinations of $35AUD.
Please note some countries may have taxes or import duty on items entering the country. We do not take responsibility for these charges and cannot estimate how much they might be.
