16 years ago Lisa Chedanne founded her label LILYA, she started designing with her own values in mind; with the vision to empower women of all ages, making them feel comfortable in effortless yet elevated pieces made to last.

 

“We are natural and easy at LILYA and we want to be authentic in every way.  We don't always care about whats on trend, it’s about comfort and refined simplicity that’s timeless, we want women to keep their LILYA pieces season after season, it can also be worn by mothers but also by their daughters too.”

 

To celebrate our anniversary we wanted to share with you just a few of the women who embody the essence of the LILYA woman and explore who she really is.

Over the years we’ve been delighted to see thousands of women embrace the barefoot luxury label LILYA is today, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed searching through the archives to find some of our favourite women who inspire us.

We truly love seeing all our wonderful LILYA women sharing these special moments with their families, travelling the world, loving and living life to the fullest.

She is a great friend, non judgmental, a good advice giver but an even better listener. She is generous with her time and possessions but does not expect things to be handed to her. She is loyal and honest, she is ambitious with a hunger to make the most of life, she always finds contentment in the simple things. She see’s the good in people and views everyone as her equal. She is interested in what small things she can do in her community but also bigger global issues. She has enthusiasm to mentor and share her knowledge with people.
